Kotarou is from the manga Mahou Sensei Negima~ A lot of that info above is made up and probably not accurate, but hey. 8D[ changes to character to fit RP: The chip acts as a limiter on Kotarou's powers. He still has the dog!ears, but he keeps those hidden with his hair or his hat, as he does in the manga~ However, he cannot summon wolf spirits or transform into either of his beast or puppy forms.
